Click “Upload Your CV” on the homepage. Upload your CV file or fill in your profile (skills, experience, education) to complete registration.
Do I need to pay to apply for jobs? For Job Seekers
No. The platform is completely free for job seekers. Apply to unlimited roles and receive AI job recommendations.
How can I track the status of my applications? For Job Seekers
Log in and go to My Account → My Applications to view each job’s status (Applied / Interview Invited / Hired).
How does the platform recommend jobs to me? For Job Seekers
Our AI-powered system matches you based on your skills, industry, experience, and language proficiency against employer requirements.
What languages are supported? For Job Seekers
Interfaces support English and Chinese. Most roles are with Japanese companies; you may upload English or Japanese CVs.
Can I receive job alerts? For Job Seekers
Yes. Enable Job Alerts in account settings to receive notifications for new or matching positions.
How do I update my information or delete my account? For Job Seekers
Go to My Account → Edit Profile to update details. To delete your account, contact us via the Contact page.

Log in and click “Job Post” (top right). Fill in the title, description, requirements, and location. Your job goes live immediately.
How does the platform help me shortlist candidates? For Employers
We generate a candidate list with AI match scores. Review recommendations or apply manual filters.
Can I contact candidates directly? For Employers
Yes. Use the Applications & Communication module to message candidates, invite interviews, or request information.
Does it cost money to post jobs? For Employers
Basic postings are free. For higher visibility or employer branding, select a paid package.
Can I view recruitment analytics? For Employers
Yes. Analytics & Insights shows application counts, interview rates, hiring rates, and recruitment cycle metrics.
Can my team manage recruitment together? For Employers
Yes. In Profile & Settings, add team members and assign permissions (edit jobs / view candidates / manage accounts).

Click “Forgot Password” on the login page, enter your email, and follow the reset link.

Yes. We support one-click login with LinkedIn and Google.
